Table and chairs for you dining room. Ideas and suggestions.

5/22/2020

The dining room is the area of the house dedicated to conviviality, to spending time together and sharing happy moments with friends and relatives and the furniture plays its part in this. Creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere will make you feel good with guests and make them feel at home.

The table and chairs represent the heart this space and this is why you need to know how to choose it. First of all you need to think about the architectonic disposition of your home and your dining room.  If it this small you might prefer a round table. Otherwise, a rectangular table could be most functional and practical.

These days, when you purchase a dining table, you can personalize it: from the choice of materials of the table top to the choice of legs, including shape and material. From the classical and simple four legs, in wood, enriched with details, to the choice of an elaborate central leg which makes your table a design element.

Once you have decided on your table you will have to choose the chairs.

Let's see what Bontempi and Ponti Terenghi propose.

For a long time, interior design spoke mainly to the eye. Color palettes, shapes, surfaces, composition. A space was judged — and often rewarded — for how well it appeared: cleaner, more photogenic, more “resolved”.Today, that logic is starting to show its limits.
Because a home is not an image. It is an environment we inhabit for hours every day — a continuous system of stimuli that affects focus, energy, mood, and the quality of rest.
